Hand Held Device for generating receipts

With years of professional experience and knowledge, we are introducing new billing software i.e. handheld device for spot billing collection. The device is WEB/USB enabled which helps the operator to get instant bill remotely and update transactions back to the software. Handheld devices have made the work easier and hassle free.

Offline Scenario for windows and web application

In this method cable operator has to transfer all customers’ pending amount data from software to device. After doing this task your device is ready to use. It will generate receipts for all customers whose data has been stored in device. After collecting receipts from all customers, you can transfer that data from device to software. Our handheld device will reduce time of generating receipt manually.

Online Scenario for windows application

In this method cable operator has to transfer all customers’ pending amount data to device. When receipt will generate, handheld device will communicate with software through USB Modem. It will create online receipt of customers’ payment in software. Transactions carried out on the POS/Hand-held device will send to the software using web API through GPRS connection GSM/GPRS technology and update transaction status in software remotely. In this scenario, there is no need to transfer data from device to software manually.
